Over the past three years, we have stood at the intersection of two related yet distinctly different worlds.
As we evolved the Flexxon brand from an industrial NAND solutions leader to a cybersecurity pioneer, it was our expertise in hardware engineering, innovation, and drive to solve real-world problems that connected us. But it also became clear that while these two domains are connected, they demand distinct expertise, focus, and innovation paths.
So, we want to take an active step forward.
We must evolve to better serve our customers through highly specialised solutions, support, and market expertise. And thus, I am excited to share that the X-PHY brand is spinning off as its own entity, registered as X-PHY Inc., and based in San Mateo, USA. While X-PHY Inc. will operate independently, it will remain under the umbrella of the Flexxon Group, alongside our industrial storage business.
What does this mean?
- Flexxon will continue to lead and innovate in high-performance, ultra-reliable industrial storage solutions.
- X-PHY Inc, as a dedicated cybersecurity company will drive the future of cybersecurity, innovating and building a holistic ecosystem that begins with intelligent hardware security
Through our strategic restructuring, we will be able to deliver:

- Stronger Market Presence: X-PHY’s US headquarters positions us at the heart of the cybersecurity industry, while Flexxon remains a global leader in industrial storage.

- Greater Value for Our Customers: Expect tailored solutions, faster support, and deeper expertise to meet evolving industry needs.
Almost two decades after we first began, this is another beginning.
