To install the X-PHY® SSD on your Desktop, install it like you would install any other M.2 SSD Drive.
Follow these steps:
- Power off your desktop and disconnect the power cable.
- Locate the M.2 slot on your desktop motherboard.
- Insert the X-PHY® SSD into the slot at a 30-45 degree angle.
- Secure the X-PHY® SSD in place with a small screw or the retention mechanism on your motherboard.
- Reassemble your desktop and access the BIOS/UEFI to verify the X-PHY® SSD is detected.
- Proceed to install an OS or download the X-PHY PC application.
